Maple

My name is Maple. I take a little while to come around to new people, but once I have learned to trust I will follow you around the house to be in your company. If you forget to pay me enough attention I might get cheeky and put my paws and head into your lap!

I love to flop onto the floor and roll over so you can scratch my tummy and my neck. I have such a loud purr for such a little lady!

Occasionally I might let you scoop me into your lap for some cuddles, or snuggle up next to you on the couch.

I used to get scared and hide at the sound of the front door opening, but now I like to trot down the hallway to see who's here.

I love to play. My favourite toy is a little mouse on a string. Sometimes if nobody is around to play with me I will start up a game of cat and mouse all on my own.

I might be shy at first but I just need a little time for you to show that I can trust you. There is so much you will love about me - I can't wait to find my furrever home.
