Patch, SODR's senior rescue paw

At 8 yrs of age, he was surrendered to warracknabeal pound, along with his 5 yr old mate.

Quite sure it wasn't an easy decision, as his elderly owner went into a nursing home.

We may not have been able to keep them in foster care together, but we did manage to rescue them from a fate far worse!

Patch loves being around people.

Gets on well with other dogs and my cat.

His house trained and not demanding at all.

He will make someone a great companion.

And I'm sure after he looses quite a few kilos, he will enjoy walks more too
