About Snoopy *On Trial in His New Home*
*SNOOPY IS CURRENTLY TRIALLING HIS NEW HOME* Looking for a cute little playmate for your dog-friendly cat then you can’t go past playful Snoopy; and the bonus is he’s great with dogs as well!!
Recently rescued from our local pound where he’d been surrendered due to a change in his owners circumstances Snoopy has made himself at home with his foster family and has become best buddies with the household cat who’s actually bigger than this tiny 4.1kg pocket rocket! \ The pair race around the house, only stopping for some rough and tumble or to steal each other’s soft toys – its hours of fun to watch! And when they run out of puff they can often be found curled up together enjoying a well deserved nap.
We don’t think Snoopy has had much training though he’s quickly picking up “sit” and he walks quite well on a lead though could do with some more practice at this. He’s not at all yappy or in your face and doesn’t jump up much except on the rare occasions when he’s really excited to see you then he quickly settles again. He’s a friendly little fella who likes cuddles on the couch while you watch tv at night. Snoopy’s foster carer has been crate-training him and he happily goes to bed each night in his crate in the lounge room.

Handsome Snoopy is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk or a run around the backyard to use up his energy and he’ll only need the occasional bath to keep him smelling fresh. \ He enjoys food and treats which he takes very gently. Secure fencing, chicken necks to chew, toys to play with and lots of love in his forever home will make Snoopy very happy indeed! As he is housetrained (Snoopy’s only had a couple of accidents while learning the household routine) he would be best suited to an indoor/outdoor lifestyle with the companionship of another playful cat or dog or own his own but only if he won’t be left for long periods of time.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
