About Smokey
My name is Smokey and my foster mum rescued me and my siblings from a storm drain when we were about four or five weeks old. I was the smallest and most frightened of the litter, but with some good food and lots of snuggles, I have become the biggest and boldest!
I am a stunning blue-grey girl, with green eyes, and darker swirls on my head, back and sides.
Although I am usually the first asleep and the last awake, I am also the cheekiest, leading the playtime and exploring the environment. I am very sneaky, and always try to escape out of the bedroom door when mum opens it - she has to be quick to catch me!
I love to climb on things, especially my mum if she is nearby. This isn't always appreciated, as I tend to dig my claws into whatever it is that I'm climbing, so I am probably a little rough to be around young children.
I love snuggles and tummy rubs, and sleeping on mum's pillow. I am very affectionate, and always like to come up to my foster mum for pats, or curl up next to her at nap times.
I like splashing around in the bottom of the shower, or in my drinking water, but I whinge if my whole body gets wet.
I love exploring, but I don't really like being alone, so I wouold be best in a family where someone is home a lot of the time.
I will always have to be an inside kitty, but as long as there is entertainment, something to climb on, and a lap to sleep on, I'll be fine. Consider adopting me with my sister, Mystery, as we love each other to bits, always entertain each other, and sleep wrapped around each other most of the time!
Please text my foster mum Mel on 0419 673 783 to come and meet me.
All Little Paws kitties come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed, flea treated and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws kitties are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, for their safety and health and for the environment. It is our foster carer's choice as to which home a kitty goes to. We match kitties to their new family; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising kitties in their own home, we would appreciate a call if you cannot make an appointment.
