About Ella (adopted 2/1/14)
Ella is a very pretty, female, Staffordshire Bull Terrie, 2 years old. She is a healthy, happy, friendly dog who is good with other dogs and loves to be with people. She is in need of a new home because her owner is ill and can no longer look after her. She will make a terrific family companion.
For more information or to meet Ella please phone Debbie 02-4965-8534 (sorry, no email). Ella is in foster care in Glendale, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle). Note that Ella is not a Dog Rescue Newcastle dog, she is being offered directly from her owner. We will do a property check and ask for ID.
Ella's $200 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
