About Diesel (adopted 2/1/13)
Diesel is a very handsome, large, male, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, aged 2.5 years. He is a happy, friendly dog who is good with other dogs and loves to be with people. He is in need of a new home because his owner is ill and can no longer look after him. He will make a terrific family companion.
For more information or to meet Debbie please phone 02-4965-8534 (sorry, no email). Diesel is in foster care in Glendale, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle). Note that Diesel is not a Dog Rescue Newcastle dog, he is being offered directly from his owner. We will do a property check and ask for ID.
Diesel's $200 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping.
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
