About Levi
Levi came into the Pound in unbelievable condition, covered in dreadlocks and his coat filthy and riddled with fleas. It would have been cruel to clip Levi off while he was awake so the vet clipped him off while he was under anaesthetic for his desexing and dental surgery. Levi woke from this a new boy, no more smelly coat covering his body, his eyes were uncovered and letting the sun shine in ... his new life had just begun! Levi's foster carer describes him as a lovely little dog that is doing well with his housetraining (he would never have lived inside before), that loves to play with his toys and enjoys the company of the other small dogs in his foster home. Levi loves his new life and is looking forward to finding a permanent home with a family who will look after him properly forever. The best home for Levi will have another small, friendly and playful dog for company. He will require access inside and out of the house via a doggy door and enjoy going out for walks or runs at the local off leash park. Levi's coat will grow and require regular grooming and clipping to keep him looking and feeling great. Levi has asked Santa Claus to please find him a wonderful new home for Christmas!
