Meet Flash, he is a Border Collie cross who is about 4 years old. He was rescued from a puppy farm/hoarder situation 3 months ago. The first 4 years of his life were spent on a chain with no shelter and was probably only let off the chain to mate with the female dogs and then returned to his chain. He was left to die at the puppy farm, (some thinking he would never be able to be socialised) but was saved by some wonderful people who refused to give up on him. After 3 months in foster care and loads of TLC, he has blossomed into a very loving and gentle boy. He is still a little nervous around male dogs but is amazingly gentle with female dogs, puppies, cats, adults and children alike. He is housetrained, quiet and gentle and absolutely loves a belly rub. He knows his basic commands and sits and waits for his food. His perfect home would be in a single dog or female dog only home. He really is the perfect gentleman.
