About Tink (On Trial 8/1/14)
Hello there! My name is Tink! I’d like to tell you a bit about myself if I may? I am a 12-month-old female kelpie x who has a whole lot of love to give – especially to the right family!
Being a pup means that I have plenty of energy. I like to focus my energy on playing, exploring and running around. I am extremely affectionate. Nothing makes me happier than pats and cuddles. I like to sit on everyone’s lap and give people lots of kisses! I’m really great with other dogs.
Every day I have lots of fun playing with my foster brothers and sisters. The man who walks me says that I am very intelligent and a very fast learner. I’m learning to sit, drop, stay and to walk nicely on a lead.
When I go to my new home I think it’s best that I keep this training up. Although I don’t mind sleeping on my own, I’d really love to sleep near my family if they would let me. I can’t wait to have a family to call my own!

Tink is in foster care near Tocal, NSW 2420 (45 minutes northwest of Newcastle). Tink can be brought to Newcastle on weekends if you want to meet her. She is available for adoption interstate.
Tink's $400 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
