About Champ
At 12 months old, Champ is a still a big goofy puppy. He is very playful and gets along with dogs of all sizes.
Champ had no training when he came into care recently from a rural pound, but he is a very fast learner! He learned to walk nicely on lead in only 10 minutes. He requires obedience training to get him over the "naughty puppy" stage and his adopter needs to be committed to that. Due to his size and puppy boisterousness, he is best suited to a family without small children.
Champ is fostered in WAGGA WAGGA but transport can be arranged. Just ask us to obtain a quote for you when you submit your adoption application.
Adoption details
Our goal is to match pets' personalities and exercise/training requirements with people whose lifestyle they are best suited to. This reduces the chances of the pet winding up in a pound again. Please don't feel offended by our adoption process, it is for everyone's and every animal's benefit:
1. Submit application for adoption (obtain at Best Friends Pet Rescue website)
2. Homechecks are conducted on short-listed approved applicant(s)
3. Best match selected according to the pet's personality and needs
4. Successful applicant notified, and must place holding deposit while transport/pickup arrangements made
5. Adoption transaction completed
