Angel

Hi my name is Angel and I am a sweet brindle girl of 7 years. There is not much to say about my life because I haven't really had much of one.

I \ lived with the same family since birth with children aged from 1 to 16. I was not allowed inside the house and slept in a kennel. As I was alone all day, when the kids came home I got so excited to see them that I jumped all over them wanting to play and kept knocking the little ones over, hence they decided to surrender me.

I am starved for attention and will follow you around the yard whenever you are out there to see what you are up to. I love playing with balls but don't like bringing them back and prefer you to chase me to try and get them. I am very gentle..

I was adopted out before Christmas into a family with other dogs and just loved it. I even ended up sleeping on the bed with mum and the other female dog. Unfortunately I loved it so much I took my new status to heart and became very dominant over the old male and decided I was top dog. I have not been taken for a walk since I arrived there and we are kept indoors where we are alone for 5 hours every day which probably hasn't helped.

Of course my new owner doesn't want her old dog harassed and decided it was best for me to bring me back. It seems I need a single dog home where I can be No.1 and stay No.1. Its not surprising this happened really with the horrid past I have had which included being left in the back yard sometimes on a revolting heavy chain. Is there a family out there who will give me the attention I so badly want and who is also prepared to take me to obedience lessons ? There is no doubt I need some spoiling but I also need to learn my place in the household too.

I want to be part of the family, go for long walks with you and be included in your day to day activities. Oh yes and a few cuddles and tummy scratches wouldn't go astray! I don't think that's too much to ask for do you ?
