About Arlo
Arlo is gentle, sweet and looking for a new home to call his own! Arlo has clearly not had a great to start to life but is learning to relax and enjoy the company of both people and dogs alike. Still very unsure of himself, his foster carer is working hard on building his confidence and showing him just how fun life can be. Arlo will need a home with a patient and understanding family and although we believe he will go on to enjoy a normal, happy life, a quiet home with no young children will be best for him. Arlo will also need another dog for company and access to indoors as he pleases. Arlo is housetrained and has a very short coat that only requires a very occasional brush to minimise shedding.
UPDATE 23 DECEMBER: Arlo has come a long way since first entering care and is now a happy, excitable young man who loves nothing more then snuggles and a walk. His little tail has gone from being permanently wedged between his legs to wagging joyously when his foster carer returns home from work or when one of his doggy pals and he go running around the park. Arlo is still very fearful of men but we are progressing daily so his new home will need to continue to build his confidence around males.
