About Marshall
Marshall is special little orphan baby that came into care with his brother Flynn. He has been handraised since approx 2 weeks of age.
Marshall is the ultimate lap-cat. He just loves to be near you all the time and will happily march away on your lap purring loudly before falling asleep. He is the quieter and more cautious of the two brothers. He is more likely to observe a new situation quietly.
Marshall gets along really well with my adult cats and other fosters but his brother is his best friend in the world and we would love to see them adopted together if possible. Where ever we find Marshall, Flynn is usually not far behind. Flynn will find Marshall sleeping somewhere and give him a very thorough groom before snuggling in for a nap together.
Marshall has a habit of falling asleep in the middle of playing so we often find him sleeping in the weirdest positions and places. When playing on his own, he bounces around and makes the funniest little chirping noises.
He recently went on an outing to a large preschool in Wagga Wagga and got taken to each classroom and poked and prodded by little hands.
Before this, he had not been around children before. His chilled out nature was allowed to truly shine through in this situation because despite the scary noises and dozens of kids trying to pick him up, he took it all in his stride and tolerated it amazingly.
We have also had him at fundraising stalls at a busy shopping centre where we have put a harness and lead on him and he happily sat on a chair observing the passers by all day.
Marshall has been raised around my greyhound so he is fine with dogs. He is litter trained and never scratches the furniture.
Marshall just has so much love to give and would truly make a wonderful addition to any family. I believe that he would adjust easily to any situation. He is a sweet and gentle little guy who just needs a loving family to become a part of. I honestly believe that it is impossible to meet this sweet man without falling head over heels. Could he be your new family member?
