About Miss Coco Chanel
Miss Coco Chanel came into a Sydney pound as a surrender due to her family having to move house. Some dogs cope better than others and unfortunately for Miss Coco Chanel she found this to be a very traumatic experience. We were contacted by one of our lovely carers over the weekend to highlight this little girl's plight to see if together we could help her...one look in those eyes of the picture that Jo Lyons took of her and she had us at hello:). Our carer made a trip out in the wet weather on Sunday to collect this very frightened but very sweet girl and her new life journey has begun.
Her carer is keeping a diary of her development and this can be viewed by going to the following link:-

She is currently in care with 2 small dogs and a cat and is ok with all of these creatures. Her carer says has really come out of her shell in just the short time that she has had her and is proving to be a loving little girl who is housetrained, loves cuddling up to you, walks well on and off leash and loves to play ball. Her carer has found her to be very wary of men dropping and cowering whenever a male figure comes close. We do not like to think about what has happened to her in her previous life to make her so wary of males. \ Her carer will slowly introduce her to males over time and hopefully she will begin to understand that nothing bad happens but for the time being her carer is going slow with this part of her journey. What we do know for certain is this little girl deserves a second-chance at loving forever home.
Miss Coco Chanel must have access to the house at all times and go to a home that can give her the daily exercise that she needs.
Thank you to Jo Lyons for spending time with this girl on Saturday and providing us with the first 2 photos of her. So nice to see her more relaxed in her foster home in the third picture...what a difference a few days makes
Her adoption fee includes microchipping, vax, desexing, heartworm testing and on monthly heartworm medication, up to date flea/worm treatment and lifetime registration with council
