Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Jayda
Jayda is such a gorgeous girl! She can be a little bit shy when first meeting new people, but she soon warms up and shows off her lovely personality. She's affectionate, alert and playful. She's a fast learner but still a typical puppy.
MY IDEAL HOME
I like the company of people and/or another pets. I would prefer a calmer environment as I get intimidated/shy easily but still show a curiosity towards whatever has spooked me. I need a patient person who wouldn't be frustrated by this. I would also enjoy some more obedience training.
MY ENERGY LEVEL
I like to lie around but I also enjoy a run and a play with toys and other dogs.
SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN AND OTHER ANIMALS
I have enjoyed meeting and playing with my foster family's children. I would be more suited to older, less excitable children. I have met my foster family's cat and dog and gotten along well with them both. I got a little excited when I first met the cat but have now calmed down and have started to spend time with him when he's in the yard.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
