Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Allie
Hi! My name is Allie and I'm a cheeky little girl with loads of cuddles and kisses to share with the whole family. I'm a happy pup with loads of energy and a love of socializing whether it be with people or other pets.
Right now I'm only a little bub, but I'm a mix of large breeds so I'm going to grow up to be a big girl.
I love to make mischief and rearrange the kitchen mats for you but my foster mama has taught me the stop command and I know it pretty well now.
MY IDEAL HOME
My ideal home is one with other pets or people to keep me company most of the time as I get a little bit scared when I'm left alone. I'd also be super excited to have a backyard to run around and play in - especially as I get bigger.
MY ENERGY LEVEL
Play time is my favourite time of day! I have loads of energy to go running and romping about the place in true puppy style - but if you want some quiet time I'll happily snuggle up on the lounge with you and watch TV or take a nap.
SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN AND OTHER ANIMALS
I would love to be in a home with children - though preferably ones over the age of 6 who can help to take care of me. I'm still only little and I'd prefer not to be sat, stepped on or cuddled too tight.
My foster mama has a grumpy old Corgi and an energetic Spitz x Cocker Spaniel and I love them both. The Spitz and I are totally BFFs - we'd play together all day long if we could! If you already have pets I'd love to meet them and see if we can be buddies.
I haven't actually met any cats before, but I've heard them and they sound weird! Hopefully I'll make contact with one someday and find out if they're friendly or not.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
