About Bindi and Jozza ~ Mum and daughter (Trial 12/4/14)
These two beautiful girls are mother and daughter, Bindi is 8 and Jozza is 5. These girls have sadly found themselves needing a new home but were very much loved by their previous owner who sadly passed, and are now looking for a new home together.
Bindi (has grey around her snout) and is Mum, she tries to be the boss of Jozza (who has tan paws and tan around her snout) and is respectful of Mum most of the time. Jozza definitely likes Bindi to check new things out first.
They have been fantastic with our 3 children aged 6, 8 and 10. They are happy to chill on their beds if nothing is happening, however they are both super keen to walk as far as you want to walk or ay ball for as long as you can throw the ball. They are not pushy with the ball they just sit patient until you are ready to throw it again. When it's walk time they are happy to put their harnesses on. They are keen to go, yet our 8 year old can control them.
Bindi and Jozza need to be allowed inside each day to bond with their family. A special inside place would be great for them at night time, they love to come in for TV time, and they have both accepted they are not allowed on the lounge. However if you would allow it they would reward you with lots of love. We have had no toileting problems inside the house.
The girls aren't sure about storms and during storms is the only time we have heard them barking, coming inside with the family eases the concern about the storms.
These girls a full of love and very gentle and would fit into any family, couple or single person.
I haven't seen them with cats, however they did give one of our chickens a ruffle up when they first arrived but they have been around them since and not seemed to be bothered. They enjoy the dog beach and saying hi to all the other dogs. They don't bother our dog (he just does his own thing). When a friend's small dog visits Bindi likes to herd him around. I don't think she wants him to go home.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
