About Shilo (On Trial 10/12/13)
Shilo is a gorgeous little 2 year old male Maltese. He is very friendly and has a gentle nature. He enjoys going for walks and drives in the car. Shilo gets on with other dogs and is not aggressive. He is good around children. Shilo is just an all round lovely family dog.
Shilo is mostly an inside dog and does sleep indoors. But he does enjoy playing outside. All he is missing is a home to play in and a family to play with.
Being a Maltese breed Shilo will require regular brushing, bathing and clipping to help keep his non-shedding coat under control.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
