Zahlee (On Trial 15/2/14)

Hi There I’m Zahlee and I am a 2 year old black and tan Kelpie in urgent need of a new home.

I'm a very happy lovely girl, with lots of energy that needs to get out and about for walks, runs or swims daily to burn my energy. My favourite area is the beach or the lake, and has also enjoyed a paddle pool in the yard. I really do love swimming. Generally being outdoors is my thing, on the grass or gardens with my toys is how I like to spend my spare time or snuggled up in my bed when I'm tired.

Being toilet trained means that I can be inside my home or outside, but I do prefer out unless there is food for me to find indoors. I love my food so much I can I steal from my friends bowls and therefore need to be separated at dinner time. I am not aggressive just greedy.

I would love an energetic friendly playmate, or even a family with children, I am trusted completely with a 3 and 5 year old. My favourite game is chasing them on their bikes, running around the swings and also helping them dig in the sand pit.

Also I have been very gentle and curious around younger kids and babies. I have been around other dogs, cats and birds, I enjoyed their company even if they didn't like mine. --------
