Puppy Razor (On Trial 19/11/13)

Hi my name is Razor and I'm a 14 week old Ridgeback X male puppy. I am a happy, playful little man yet I love to snuggle or lay beside you. "I know the word sit and on walks we encourage him to sit before crossing the road. " I am living with 3 other dogs and would love continual interaction with a four legged family member or to go to dog friendly parks and beaches.

As a puppy I will need training to keep my manners intact. I get along well with the other dogs here (being a large, medium and small breed) and am learning the personalities of each as to what will be tolerated. "At dinner I walk to the kitchen and just sit and wait. I have no food aggression when it comes to the other dogs, I do however wait till they finish and check their bowls.

I am highly motivated by food so treats and positive reinforcement are very effective in training me or encourage me to go for a walk; once I start walking I am good on the lead but will require more training.

I have access to inside and outside during the day and he sleeps inside at night. Toilet training is an ongoing thing so he will require regular toilet breaks till mastered. He is currently undergoing toilet training yet being a very fast learner it will not take much time to get this under control. He may even have this mastered by the time his forever home is found yet as with all puppies a new home means new training as they become familiar with where the toilet is.

Plenty of affection, exercise, and positive training is what I need and also not to be left outside in a yard all alone. I am a very social puppy and spend most of his time inside the house each day yet loves to be with you to play outside as well.

Did I mention I have a ridge to die for, even a purebred ridgey would be proud of it, hence my name! My coat is low shedding so I will make a fantastic companion for a lucky family who will make him part of their family.

My beautiful soft face continually looks up at you for guidance and I am really keen to find my forever home

Puppy-training classes are highly recommended to give Razor the best start to learning the best way to socialise and train this puppy.
