About Ember
Ember is such a sweetheart. She is very gentle, friendly and affectionate. Like any puppy she likes to play, be silly, and tumble around being clumsy. She also loves to play with her foster brother and sister.
This little girl is clever and is already beginning to respond to "no" and "sit". She also travels well in the car and has begun her leash training.
Ember doesn't like being left alone, so we'd love for her to go to a family with people who are at home during the day. She'd love to be a part of a home with kids.
MY IDEAL HOME: I don't like being left alone, all I want is to be around my family. I'll lie down quietly on the floor near you, but if you want to play, I'm ready to go. I love to cuddle and I've just discovered my long tail which I've been trying to catch. My teeth are only little, and I like to put your toes in my mouth, but I'm very gentle and I don't mean to hurt you. When dinner arrives, I eat it as quickly as I can. I'm living with 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a Spoodle and a Jack Russell. They're nice but they're a bit old and get don't want to play much. I'd love to go to a home with people who are home a lot or who have dogs to keep me company.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Like all puppies, I like to play, but then I need a nice long nap.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I would like a home with lots of people and activity, just like where I'm staying now. Kids would be a bonus!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS & DOGS: I love my housemates which are a Spoodle and Jack Russell. I don't know what a cat is but hey, they sound cool. Apparently I'm young enough to learn to live with them, or so my foster parents say. I just hope they'll want to play with me!
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
