About Jerry (On trial 10/11/13)
Hey there, I'm Jerry and this is my story. I'm a kelpie x Jack Russell and approximately one and half years old, this means I've outgrown a lot of that mischievous puppy antics that we sometimes get up to. I am extremely well mannered, all you need to do is ask; your wish is my command.
I am currently looking for a new mate in my life and hopeful that you are the one, we could become best buddies; I can see myself as your offsider in fact. Do you like to play fetch in your downtime? I do and I am really good at it, and here’s the best bit for you, you do not have to run after the ball at all; I’ll get it for you and bring it right back to your hands. Pretty good hey!
Being by your side is what I love most and when we go for our daily walks, on or off the lead, I will not be far from your side, I really do enjoy being with you.
You may be thinking, wow this little guy sounds perfect but what’s he like with other animals. I can answer that for you! At the moment I live with 4 other dogs and get along really well with them all, I also have a couple of other unique friends, pigs and a horse, I play with them too.
Ok, so now you may be thinking he’s checked the getting on with other animals box, what about the kids! I don't live with children just now but I do like them, sometimes I think I'm a jack in the box and I spring up to give them a little lick, but all I need is a little bit of training to teach me what you want me to do.
My new mate or family would need a yard with a high fence, just in case I got overexcited with my jack in box trick and spring right over it. They would also invite me inside each day to allow me to enjoy quality time together. I am really keen to meet you so would you mind giving my foster parents a call to find out some more rally great stuff about me.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
