Look who’s been in training!

Dove has spent the last few months with consistent love and training and has grown into a lovely young dog with good manners. She is a clever girl, with exuberant puppy energy and responds extremely well to training and structure. Dove is always eager to please and loves to learn new commands.

It takes a lot of time and energy to train a puppy – with Dove, you get the joy of a young dog with much of the hard work already done - now she just needs a forever home and a great person to love her. If you are looking to do some agility work, Dove is your girl. She is fast and easy to train and just loves to do a great job.

Dove’s favourite things are a run at the park, a drive in the car, just hanging out or having a cuddle with her human. She is sweet and gentle by nature and responds well to structure and reassurance.

To sum up Dove, think of a dog so eager to please that she tries really hard to hold a “sit” command, but she is so happy to see you that her tail is wagging her bottom across the floor. That’s who she is – just adorable.

Dove has had a rough past and will need time to get used to new surroundings. She will need someone who can put in time with her and earn her trust, but once you have it, you will have the most loyal dog around. Dove would do great with a person who is interested in obedience training or agility, a grown-up family, retired couple or a farmer – anyone she could spend lots of time with and really be part of your daily life. She needs stimulation, but will respond in kind with love and affection.
