About Roxy (On Trial 12/10/13)
Roxy is an 18-week-old Rottweiler X Doberman puppy you won't be able to resist. Her favourite thing to do is play with children, other dogs, balls and tug along toys. She is a thinker and observer and likes to watch before jumping into any situation, but as long as she feels safe she will have a go at anything. She can be quite shy at first but once she gets to know you she is very happy and loving.
Roxy is a very pretty puppy with the classic Rottweiler colours and a white blaze on her chest. She has a longer nose which makes her look like she is crossed with a Doberman, what a perfect combination.
She has a great time wrestling and chasing our other dogs and puppies. When she has had enough of playing she will find a quiet spot for a nap. Although she hasn’t met any cats yet she is only young and I’m sure she would get used to them.
Her life didn’t start out the best. She is small for her breed but has already come along in leaps and bounds and is filling out nicely. She is in perfect health now according to the vet. They think she will be a medium to large sized dog when fully grown. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. She needs to have some time inside each day bonding with her family.
Roxy is currently in foster care with a family with children and she greets them each morning with love and affection and a big sloppy kiss. Roxy would love a forever home with children to play with. She would also enjoy having other dogs in her family too. Roxy is full of love and enjoys the company of people. She loves nothing better than being part of her human family and having cuddles and snuggles. She is ready to find her forever home now.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
