About Aimee
Aimee is in need of a second chance at a happy life... can you help her?
This beautiful girl is very shy as she hasn't had the best start to life but she wants to be loved. She came into our care with her brother Chester, both cats were very scared and didn't look like they had been cared for properly.
Aimee is missing one of her back feet. We believe she was either born with this deformity or she was injured as a young kitten. Her missing foot doesn't affect her in anyway as she can walk, run and jump as normal.
She loves a good neck and nose rub and has been known to fall asleep in the middle of a cuddle while purring, she is really adorable. Little Aimee scampers around the house when she feels safe and is quite playful. She loves playing with the ball, her favourite thing to do is getting close to the ball then rolling over so we can scratch her belly while she 'tries' to get the ball. She is a little bit cheeky and quite funny. She always find the warm hiding spots around the house (like behind the fridge or on the windowsill) to curl up and fall to sleep.
Her injury does not affect her and she can do everything that any other cat can do. She should not require any treatment with this leg down the track and our vets are happy to give her a full bill of health.
Aimee will need to be an inside only kitty for life (or have access to a secure outdoor cat run) due to her injury. Her new home must contain cat lovers who are patient and understanding. She would be fine to be rehomed with other cats or as an only pet.
She will win your heart in no time if you can give her a chance at a happy life.
