Brandy (On Trial 19/10/13)

Hi there, Brandy here I am an 18 month old Cattle Dog x Border Collie, tan and white in colour sprinkled with some brown patches. I was found wandering alone in Gulgong, near Mudgee and subsequently taken to the pound where I spent five long lonely weeks.

I am the kind of girl that absolutely adores people and is extremely affectionate. While I get on very well with my foster carers 2 kelpies, I can be a bit assertive around them, I really do prefer human company. Our neighbour has young children whom I get along very well, I am however yet to experience “The Cat”, so I would need a supervised introduction.

The ranger at the pound told my foster carers that I had been jumping over very high fences in the exercise yard, I have to confess sometimes I do participate in this activity so its probably best if my new home had at least 6ft fences or some type of roller on the top of the fence so I cannot get traction on those odd occasions.

I have been sleeping inside and occasionally have been set up with a comfy bed and blankets in the garage. I would prefer to be inside but I don’t mind outside. Car rides and walks would have to be my favourite past time, I walk well on the lead.

My ideal family is one that wants to be worshipped, idolised and adored. I am very much a people person and would be a wonderful asset to your family.
