Oscar(2) (On Trial 3/12/13)

Meet OSCAR he is a Fox Terrier x Chihuahua, only18 months old and always ready for fun! He loves his bath, car rides, running around the yard, cuddles, back scratches, food, treats and most of all his daily walks on the lead. He is great with my dogs and looks up to them for comfort and guidance but is a little wary of other dogs and strangers.

Oscar is an inside dog and needs to be allowed inside, at least when people are home, and to sleep inside. He is housetrained. He was very confused about being in a new place when he first came into foster care and needed lots of reassurance. But he has now settled in nicely and become a lovely companion. I'm sure he will be very happy to get adopted into a loving home where he can be someone's loyal and loving best friend forever.

I would recommend a family with either with no children or with children over about 7 years old because he is small and wouldn't like rough handling. He would fit in nicely with anyone willing to give him the love and security that every dog deserves.
