About Katie
Katie is a gorgeous girl. She loves people, is good with children and is fine with the cat in her current home. She spent her first two years with an elderly lady who did not train or socialise her. She is fine with larger dogs but not the best with small dogs. She needs owners who can spend time with her, continue her training and provide exercise. She needs to be made a part of the family and is an inside dog.
Adoption details
Advertisement on PetRescue. I talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. My emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
I arrange a meeting with the animal and If all goes well completion of paperwork and payment is done through my vet. The adopter gets a receipt from the vet surgery.
I keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
