About Cordy
Hi, my name is Cordy and I am a pretty girl of 6 years of age. Although I get on well with other dogs, unfortunately there is a jealousy thing between me and the female stafford I live with and my owners have reluctantly decided to separate us.I may do better living in a single dog home and just going on play dates !
Although I only went to puppy school I am a clever girl and know a variety of commands including sit, stay, allright (used as a release command) drop, no, on your mat, drop it, back (will go back a few steps) and cuddles (will join you on the couch)
I am house trained and will sit on my mat in whichever room you are in. I love to sun bake and swim and will fall in love with anyone who gives my back a decent scratch. I am good on a lead.
Dislikes are being cold, loud noises like fireworks, thunder and lightning and I hate the thing they call the vacuum cleaner. I am convinced it is there to attack me. I have not lived with children but I'm a "nanny" dog so there is no doubt I will get on well with kids like all Staffords. I have not met any cats so would not be suitable for a cat home.
If you think you can offer me a forever home please go to www.staffordrescuevictoria.org.au and fill out an Adoption Request Form. Then ring Jan on 0408 515 111 after you have given her time to read it. Filling out an Adoption Request Form helps us match the dogs to the perfect family and having you on file fast tracks the process
