Marley

Marley is a fun loving, affectionate, wiggle bum who's keen to please.

She is good with other dogs, car rides, sleeping inside and getting tummy rubs!

Gorgeous Marley came from a deprived home where she wasn’t walked or given any attention – just fed and left outside day and night to amuse herself. Since coming into care, she’s shown herself to be a kind-natured, lovely girl and a very fast learner!

She has been in a foster home with two other dogs and two cats. She is fascinated with the cats and loves to chase them, but this isn't to hurt them at all, so if you have a "dog savvy" cat, they will be fine together. She plays beautifully with the other dogs and has quickly learned to follow their lead and now knows basic commands such as sit, drop, out and stay. She walks beautifully on-lead and loves pats and cuddles, especially from children. Her foster-carer thinks that she’s very like a Labrador: gentle, kind and playful and very similar in size. Marley likes cats and happily lies on the floor near them, other times she’s extremely interested and loves to watch while they eat or sleep. A sharp word always gets her attention immediately.

Marley loves car rides and is a big hit at her local dog park and at the beach, where she mingles happily and plays with other dogs. Wherever she goes, she’s admired for her beauty and her lush “piggy-tailed” ears.
