About Soley (On Trial 5/11/13)
Soley is a 2 yo male Maltese x Poodle. He is full of surprises. He is quite happy to laze around all day doing not much, but if you head to the beach with him watch out! He loves the water and loves to run along the beach with you! He's a real character.
Soley knows commands such as sit, come, out and stay. He walks well on a lead with only occasionally pulling a bit. When left home alone he is happy to be outside or inside. He sleeps on his mat of a night inside and will venture inside and out during the day. He needs more work on house training. He loves being part of the family. He gets along with my children and other dogs but is more focused on me.
Soley has a low shedding coat so he will require professional grooming every 4 to 6 weeks, bathing every few weeks, and to be brushed every two days to prevent tangles and keep him looking good. He is an inside dog.
Ideally Soley would suit being the only dog with a family with older children or someone retired. He is a little dog full of personality and attitude and you can't help but laugh at his funny ways.
If you think you would love Soley please phone/text his foster carer Rebecca 0432-484-623 or email beck2930@hotmail.com . Soley is in foster care near Newcastle NSW.
Soley’s $450 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
