About Princess (On Trial 22/9/13)
Princess is 2 yo, Maltese x Shih Tzu with a lovely temperament. She is great with other dogs, cats, chickens and children. She loves cuddles and will literally wrap her head around your neck and put her head down in front of yours to touch foreheads. She is good off lead but does get car sick on long journeys.
Princess needs to live with another small, friendly dog as she has never been on her own. If you don't already have another dog to keep Princess company, she has a little friend Rosie the Maltese who is also looking for a home.
Princess has a low shedding coat which needs regular brushing (every few days depending on length), bathing (every few weeks) and clipping (every 4 to 8 weeks) to keep her comfortable and beautiful.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
