About Danni
Danni is one of the most fantastic dogs ever!
She is ALWAYS happy, and like typically Staffys,
she loves her people, and loves cuddles.
She is very good with kids, and is happy to be around other dogs.
She is very much an inside dogs, who like to go outside for a sunbake, but very much likes to be inside with her family.
She is very quiet, but happy to let you know if someone is coming.
She loves to go for walks, and isn’t too bad on the lead.
She is house trained, and can use a doggie door, but will also let you know if she needs to go if the doggie door isn’t open.
Danni has basic manners, and would suit most homes,
providing they don’t have a cat.
Danni was saved after being left unclaimed in the pound.
After she came into care, it was realised that she had an issue with her hind leg, and the bones were not structured properly, causing her pain every time her leg bent. Bone grafts could have been done to rectify this, but recovery would have been painful, and there was no way to guarantee that the surgery would have been successful or permanent.
The best option for Danni’s well-being was to have her leg amputated. Considering she was using three legs majority of the time, the transition has been very easy for her. Danni has had all her follow up vet checks, and is now looking forward to the rest of her pain free and happy life.
