About Coco (On Trial 5/10/13)
Coco is a tiny 10 year Chihuahua x Silky who is very happy to be carried around. She also enjoys chasing and barking at the bigger dogs when they are playing outside. She tolerates being in the company of other dogs even though she constantly growls at them!
Because she is a tiny girl she needs to be monitored to ensure she isn't cold. Despite being an indoor dog she still wears a jumper when the days/nights are cooler.
She would probably be best suited to a quiet home without small children running around.

Coco's adoption fee is only $200 because of her senior status and includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
