About Levi (On Trial 10/9/13)
Hello, my name is Levi I’m a 10 month old Pointer X. My foster mum says I am just the most beautiful soul. Despite having a rough start I am such a gentle loving boy. I don’t jump and I am very obedient, learning new things from my foster mum every day.
I would very much love to continue doing some type of obedience training with my new family. I am looking for a family to give me a lot of love and keep me active as I love going on walks and playing fetch in the backyard. At night I like to come inside and be with you and to sleep inside on my bed. I will go to it when asked and stay there the whole night. I love to be around you and I am no trouble at all. I don’t bark, I’m very quiet and relaxed. I am toilet trained so you don’t need to worry.
I currently live with three smaller dogs and a cat I get on well with all of them I am very friendly. If I didn’t have another dog at my new home that would be fine as long as you have time to spend with me. I am very good in the car I will just lay down and go to sleep. I love going to new places and meeting new people.
For more information or to meet Levi please phone foster carer Mel on 0432-288-773 or email me11ne@hotmail.com. Levi is in foster care in Newcastle NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Levi's $400 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
