Smartie

From his foster carer:

Smarty has learned lots of language now.
He loves other dogs and loves to play ball.
Must go to a home where he can sleep on the owners bed as he gets scared at night. Very affectionate!
Will need an energetic owner; in a home with one person at
home all day and school aged children would be best if there are children in the household.
