Ziggy

Ziggy is regrettably looking for a new home (date of birth 28.7.2012). Ziggy is a wonderful, friendly, placid natured boy but unfortunately he has separation anxiety, and although his owners have tried a few things, they don't have the time to put into him to try to help him overcome this.

Ziggy is great with kids and other dogs, and his owners think he would be fine left home with another dog, as it has been done before (but his owners can't commit to another dog so this is not an option). He is partially crate trained, but while happy sleeping in his crate with the gate closed, he's not happy in here when his owners go out. Ziggy will sit and shake hands and come, but not so good on the staying as yet.

Ziggy will need a home where someone is initially home a lot (and can take him with them when they go out), or with another dog to keep him company. A home with experience in dealing with separation anxiety would be ideal, so that he can become more confident.
