About Macy (2) (On Trial 1/9/13)
Macy is a beautiful, 5 year old, female, Pomeranian. She's a very happy girl and just loves everyone. Even though she's little, she likes to have a run outside with our other dogs. She gets on well with dogs, cats. She especially loves children so she would be well suited to a family with kids.
Macy enjoys going for walks and is great on lead. When off lead she won't run away and will stay by your side. She's not a barker. She's happy to lay outside getting the sun during the day then comes inside before dark and will stay on her bed all night. She must be allowed to be primarily an inside dog and to sleep inside. She will need brushing every day and a bath every few weeks to keep her so beautiful. She will make some family very happy.
For more information or to meet Macy please phone foster carer Carmen on 0421 859 929 or email carmen0785@hotmail.com \ . Macy is in foster care in Belmont, NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Macy's $400 adoption fee includes her desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
