About Puppy Patch (On Trial 11/9/13)
Patch is a 9 week old, female, cattle x puppy. She loves a snuggle on your lap just as much as she likes to rough and tumble with the other puppies and with my big Bull Arab foster dog. The big dog is teaching all the puppies how to be good dogs. When Patch has had enough playing she will find a nice warm spot to curl up and have rest ready before getting up to play all over again. She's a real cutie.
Patch is one of a litter of four puppies whom I've been fostering since they were 7 weeks old. She has two sisters Maddie and Ruby and a brother Tex who are also available for adoption.
Due to the fact I have four of them I have had them in a kennel outside so cannot say she is fully house trained, but she is locked in of a night time and will go running out to the grass to go to the toilet first thing in the morning. So I do not believe it would take very much at all.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
For more information or to meet Patch and her sisters and brother please phone foster carer Anne on 02 4943 3651 or 0412 837 867. They are in Charlestown NSW (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle).
Patch's $450 adoption fee includes her DESEXING, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
