About "Callie" - Purrfect Match
Callie the calico camouflage cat is a dear little purring machine, rescued after seven weeks in the pound the day before she was to be put to sleep. Formerly known as Patch, which is nowhere near a nice enough name for such a pretty girl, she is always chatting and has discovered a real fondness for affection and attention (and, quite frankly, still seems surprised by it).
A very sweet unassuming-natured calico tortie (white and tortoiseshell), with pretty apricot and charcoal markings, she is only small for an adult cat, with dainty little feet and enormous eyes in that little face. She is a chatty girl, constantly purring and head-butting and will seek you out for a bit of a lounge on your lap more often than not.
She is a complete love. There is not a mean bone in her body.
I strongly suspect you will never be starved for companionship if this young lady comes home with you. She gets on well with the other cats in care and is fine with the dogs too.
Callie is located in Seven Hills.
Due to her fair colouring, Callie must be an indoor only cat.
Adoption details
Trial periods are given to ensure the cat/kitten is the Purrfect Match for your situation and a refund is available within an agreed trial period that is geared to suit the individual cat.
After indicating your interest in a cat or kitten you wish to adopt we put you in contact with his or her foster carer. You can then organize a meet and greet and a home check will probably also be arranged.
If you decide to go ahead with the adoption you are required to complete the adoption form and transfer of microchip paperwork. The foster carer will have these documents for you to complete or they can be sent to you via email. Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash to the carer.
We have transport opportunities available from time to time.
Cats are sold desexed, first vaccination and micro-chipped. They will be up to date on their worming and flea treatment.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless other wise stated as in the case of BARN/FARM cats.. ALL our cats are for INDOOR HOMES ONLY or specially built cat enclosures.. We rescued them off the street and would think nothing worse than that they be placed back there and in danger of all the perils of modern day society. Please respect our wishes with these requirements. We care about our cats and matching the cat to the adopter is important as is the home they are going to.
All ages of cats are an estimate only as per microchip paperwork supplied by council.
