About Puppy Ace (On Trial 1/9/13)
Ace is a 10 week old, male border collie x cattle puppy. He is a playful and fun loving little puppy. He gets on well with children and with other dogs of all sizes, and with cat. He is living with 5 other dogs and 2 cats.
Ace is housetrained and will used the doggy door to go outside for toileting. He loves his food and will sit politely before I give it to him. He can be a little shy at first but only takes him a few minutes to get used to people. He will be an active dog who will need to be walked every day. He will need some time inside each day to enjoy the companionship of his family.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
For more information or to meet Ace please phone foster carer Carmen on 0421 859 929 or email carmen0785@hotmail.com . Ace is in foster care in Belmont, NSW \ (Lake Macquarie, south of Newcastle) and is available for adoption interstate.
Ace's $450 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and microchipping. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
