Cooper was surrendered as a working dog. When he's around cattle he's watching and listening for your instruction, so with someone who knows what they're doing, he could be a very handy working dog.

Cooper is super friendly with people and other dogs Being a Kelpie x, he's going to need an active home and lifestyle to keep him happy.
