About Bella (4) (On Trial 3/4/14)
My name is Bella and I'm a female, 18 month old, Staffy cross. I love nothing more than spending time with the people around me… sometimes I get so excited I won’t even make it all the way to your feet before offering myself up for a belly rub, and I have an amazing technique to get from on my feet to on my back which you just have to see!
I have many skills already, like sitting, shaking hands, staying, and coming to my foster parents when called and I am still learning more all the time. I love playing with toys, and have an amazing high jump I use when catching balls or other toys in mid air. I also looove going for a walk with my foster parents and while I get really excited at the moment and might pull on the lead a little, I am learning to be a bit more relaxed and walk closer to my foster parents without pulling. Sometimes it’s hard though because there are so many amazing smells, sights and sounds out there. I also get on well with other dogs.
I adore people and have a beautiful personality. I wait in anticipation near the door if I am outside. Although I might find something to chew if I get too bored, but I am good in the garden, don’t dig holes and have learnt to stay out of the veggie garden.
I always go outside for my bathroom duties and usually even find a discreet location so you will have to worry even less about cleaning up after me. I really need to go to a home where they will let me inside to be with my beloved family.
I’m still young so love learning and playing. I’m energetic, affectionate and love spending time with my foster parents but would love even more to find my forever home and become part of a forever family.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
