About Rattles
Rattles came to RADAR very timid and shy... he is slowly gaining trust in his carer but he still has a way to go.
Rattles is a smart looking little dog, who will require a home that will continue to build his confidence and be very understanding that his life before RADAR was not a good place for any dog.
Rattles is unsure of being on a lead but is learning.
Rattles just needs a second chance at life and Im sure once you gain his trust he will be a very loyal dog.
