About Luna
Luna is a wonderful pup who is extremely sweet natured.
- Other dogs?
Very playful and friendly. No problems with other dogs. She is well socialised.
- Cats?
Untested.
- Kids?
As she is still a pup she does jump although this is getting better with training, hence we recommend no toddlers. But Luna is not aggressive. She is currently with a teenager and they love playing together.
- Size?
Currently 15 kgs.
- Activity level / exercise requirements ?
Moderate. One walk a day is fine.
- Escape artist?
NO. And she will not try and squeeze through the gate past your legs either.
- Does the dog need company during the day?
If you work full time she will cope as long as you give her plenty of attention when you are home.
- Anxiety level ?
No separation anxiety.
- The dog’s likes / dislikes / fears ?
Walk, treats and attention. She is extremely affectionate and lives to give you kisses. She is not fond of a bath :-)
- Ideal home for her ?
She is still a pup so she needs her training to be continued for a little while. But she is a quick learner. She walks well on lead but pulls when she gets close to the park. She needs a home with active people who have time to train her and give her lots of affection.
- Anything else ?
She is an all round lovely dog. She responds well to training. She is playful, cute and loves cuddles.
- Free Puppy classes
She comes with a free 4 week group puppy class.
How to meet her?
Please submit an expression of interest form from

Adoption details
We strongly recommend you read the dogs' profile carefully as everything we know about the dog/s is listed.
If you are interested in a dog we invite you to submit an application form so we can learn more about your circumstances. This is to ensure we match the right dog to the best home. (one form per family - not per dog) http://www.dogadoption.org.au/adoption---expression-of-interest.html
This is for the benefit of both the dog and the potential new owner/s. It also saves time and uses limited resources more effectively.
Once the essential criteria is confirmed we put you in touch with the carer for a more detailed chat with a view of meeting the dog/s.
If you decide to proceed with the adoption we make a time for a house check.
The adoption fee is then paid (there is a 2 week cooling off period.) Please note we do not usually allow trials.
Foster carers are also able to adopt foster dogs once approved.
