About Bonnie
You are probably wondering why on earth Bonnie has such a huge adoption fee. Bonnie is a tiny little girl. She was used for breeding all her life then dumped at the Tweed pound with a litter of large cross breed puppies. She has cataracts on both of her eyes. We are going to have both the cataracts removed and new lenses fitted. She should be able to see very well. This will cost Friends of the Pound $4,000 and being a purely voluntary organisation, we need help with funding. Anyone prepared to pay half of this can have first option at adopting Bonnie. We think that she has had an awful start in life and think it is a shame that she should spend the rest of her life blind when something can be done. She is used to being in a small area and without sight bumps into things. If you can help in any way you can donate on our website www.friendsofthepound.com and follow the links to donate for Bonnie. We are a registered charity and all donations are tax deductable. For any further information contact Yolana 0449049136.
