Phoebe

Phoebe is a delightful, comical character. She laps up all the love she can get from her human companion(s) and she gives just as much in return. She is a smart girl who picks up new routines quickly, adapts to new environments easily and is happy to go with the flow as long as her human is close by. She is good with other dogs but would prefer to be the only dog at home and doesn't want to live with a cat. She initially shows anxiety with new people but is improving greatly in that area. Her foster home describes her as a very lovable, entertaining pooch, who is hard not to adore, especially once you see her bumbling, uncoordinated bursts of happy excitement.
