Terry

Terry is an adorable little bundle of energy and enthusiasm. He is great with kids (his foster family has 4) and adores to be part of a busy family. He is a passionate ball chaser, and loves to play. He is 18 months old, according to his vet record, but still often behaves very much like an exuberant puppy. He is a little skittish and nervous in new situations and with new people.

He does need some patient training to curb his exuberance when necessary. He is also not well socialised with other dogs, and will need some work in this area. He also needs to learn not to "play bite" in excitement - he will hold your hand (or whatever) in his mouth, but has never bitten down. His foster family has been working on all these areas, and he is making daily progress.

Terry is currently kept mostly as an outdoor dog, but from what we can tell, he appears to be house trained, although this is impossible to guarantee.
