About Dexter
Dexter is a super duper cute 8-week old Cattle X German Shepherd pup. He's a confident, happy little lad who loves being with people and other dogs.
This gorgeous boy loves cuddling up on your lap for a nap after some playtime and is the perfect snuggle buddy.
He is more calm than his brother and sister, and will make a wonderful family pet.
MY IDEAL HOME: I would suit a home that is not too busy, and more relaxed than chaotic. I love people so would be happiest in a family where at least one person can spend time with me during the day.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I do enjoy a play but after 10 minutes I like to snuggle on my bed for a good snooze. I will need ongoing training as I grow up, to teach me how to become a good adult doggie.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I have no problem with children :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS & DOGS: My foster carer has two cats and I'm curious about what they are, but have shown no aggression at all towards them. I also love my brother and sister and will be okay going to a home with or without other dogs.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill an enquiry form.
You can receive this by emailing NSWadoptions@maggiesrescue.org or visiting our webpage www.maggiesrescue.org
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
