About Rexy (On Trial 13/8/13)
Rexy is an 18 month old, male, red cattle dog. He has a beautiful nature, is well trained, loves to sit at your feet, loves company, very affectionate dog. He would be suited to someone who likes a dog inside with them. He uses a doggy door and is well toilet trained
Rexy walks beautifully on and off lead and comes when called, sits when asked, loves you to throw ball or frizbee. He brings them back, drops them at your feet to throw again. He gets along well with other dogs. I love Rexy and the person or persons that adopt him will be very glad that they did.
For more information or to meet Rexy please phone foster carer Heather on 02-4381-0970 or 0426 218 909. Rexy is in foster care in Copacabana, on the NSW Central Coast and is available for adoption interstate.
Rexy's $400 adoption fee includes his desexing, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, microchipping, and lifetime registration. You can see all our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone (preferred) or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can tell you all about the pet. They will also ask you about what sort of home you are offering in order to assess if it is a good match.
(2) Arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carers home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. They will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
